Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is best known for his performance in the film "Birdman. The versatile actor is equally proficient in both comedy and drama. As an actor, he has performed a range of romantic roles, and has also played in action films. As a teen, he became interested in acting and performing. As young adults the actor experimented with comedy stand-up. It was not a successful profession in comedy, but it opened the door for an acting career. Since he wasn't able to succeed as the actor of his dreams, he chose to work as a TV cameraman. He realized his real love was behind the camera while he worked there. Then he was able to get an appearance on television and was in numerous shows on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor had natural talent and quickly became a household name on television. After establishing a successful film career, his funny performances brought him a lot of recognition. The actor gained more fame in the role of Batman as the main character in Tim Burton's Batman.
